About the Role

The Accounting Technician will be a support to our Service Coordinators for all administrative tasks.

This candidate is required to assist with the daily maintenance and repair service requests received by our national retail/commercial industry clients.

They will be ensuring that the quality of service and customer satisfaction are achieved through various administrative and accounting tasks.

The perfect candidate will have the following qualifications.

Experience with a lot of accounting‑related tasks such as checking invoices, preparing them for the client, and creating and tagging POs, following up with trades for invoices, matching POs, tracking jobs, and entering everything into CTRL (our ERP) in terms of numbers

Customer service experience

Attention to detail, diligence, responsibility, working fast, avoiding mistakes, etc

Strong organisational skills

Administrative skills

Time management skills
