Accounting Staff

Responsibilities

• Prepares and process accounts payable checks.
• Sets up invoices for payment and encode to the accounting system.
• Processes check requests.
• Prepares aging schedule, analysis of accounts and adjusting entries.
• Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Accountancy graduate or related
• Computer literate
• Knowledge in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Staff
• Highly organized
• Can work under pressure
• Team player
• Must be keen to details
• With above average communication skills
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work in Chino Roces ext. Makati City
• No work experienced required
• Fresh Graduate
