Accounting Staff

Job Description

• Maintains files including the filing of journal vouchers, documentation, and other miscellaneous filings;
• Maintain regular contacts with other departments to obtain and convey information and to correct transactions;
• Ensures that payables are submitted on time so that expenses are properly charged to incurring month;
• Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay company’s obligations;
• Coordinate with the company's external accountant regarding all BIR Report for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual, to track payments and returns.
• Inventory or Company's tools and equipment
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
