We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day receivables and payables activities for a Contract position based in Northern Kentucky. This role is ideal for someone who can keep financial transactions organized, resolve account issues promptly, and contribute to accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment. The position will partner closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to help maintain clean records, support closing activities, and ensure timely payment processing.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming correspondence and organize financial documents to support daily accounting operations.
• Record customer payments accurately, apply cash receipts to the appropriate accounts, and investigate posting issues when discrepancies arise.
