Job Description

1. General Ledger Maintenance

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions (payments, receipts, journal entries).
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements.
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers monthly.

3. Bank and Account Reconciliation

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash balances and prepare cash flow forecasts.
