Accounting Intern

What You’ll Do

Provide accounting transaction processing support in accordance with established processes, work procedures, SOX requirements, and local company legal and statutory requirements.

• Assist in e-invoicing activities.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements/vendor statements and reporting variances.
• Review and validate customer/vendor audit confirmation letters and obtain authorized signatures.
• File and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Carry out reporting activities and analysis as instructed by supervisor.
• Assist in month‑end and quarter‑end accounting close process.
• Any other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager.
