About the Role
Job Description
-ACCOUNTING:
・Supporting accounting tasks (Internal accounting, tax accounting)
・Tax reports: VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT
・Quarterly Report to Japan
・Arrange and store paper documents scientifically
・Instruct other departments to follow the rules of Accounting
・Check and preview Financial Report monthly
・Directly work with Tax Authorities and Auditors when required
・ Other tasks assigned by the manager HR and ADMIN:
・Prepare Labor Contract of Employees
・Declare Social Insurance
・Salary calculation
・Report employee leave records
・Drafting a job description (if any)
・Support in preparing Labor Regulations
・Reviewing contracts and renewal terms
・Preparing onboarding documents
・Booking and managing stationery
