We currently have a position available for an Accounting Clerk in our Accounting Department. This role will be located in our office. Reporting to the Billing Manager, the successful candidate will be a driven, positive and customer focused individual. What You’ll Do:
Answer phone calls from customers, brokers and other departments to address a variety of billing matters

Timely processing of accounts receivable, including verification and posting of payments and refunds and ensuring they are recorded correctly

Perform monthly broker account reconciliations ensuring timely and effective follow ups for overdue payments and transaction discrepancies
