Requirements


  • Bachelor of Accounting (or the equivalent).
  • Experience with bookkeeping/audit for corporate service company or a financial services company (2 years minimum).
  • Advanced English

    • Tasks


  • Bookkeeping for management company, advisory entities and the holding company.
  • Receive, review, refute or confirm expenses for: research expenses, company expenses, employee expenses and fund expenses.
  • Create payments for all confirmed expenses.
  • Assist COO to answer questions from the companys auditor.
  • Assist the compliance team to complete annual regulatory reviews.
  • Learn the financial rules from Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and apply to Keyrock companies as appropriate.
  • For those with financial services experience:

    • - Complete monthly Net Asset Value reconciliation for fund(s).
