About the Role

*The Accounting Assistant supports the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth processing of financial transactions. The role includes data entry, documentation, processing of invoices and payments, and assisting in the preparation of reports. The Accounting Assistant ensures that all financial operations are completed in a timely and accurate manner.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

• Record daily financial transactions into accounting systems.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

• Prepare vouchers, receipts, invoices, and payment summaries.

• Support monthly closing activities and account reconciliations.
