Accountant (SAGACT)

This role will require you to run the internal financial and administrative operations of the business, including bookkeeping, data entry, reporting, tracking KPIs on spreadsheets, and AP/AR. You must be well-versed with QBO, Spreadsheets, and havea growth mindset to try new tools and solve problems. Direct report to the CEO to share insights and reports and provide a clear picture of the business financials for decision-making.

Job Description:

Hands on bookkeeping and data entry in Quick books

Vendor bills, scheduling and processing payments

Payroll processing for W2 employees and 1099 subcontractors

Subcontractor compliance, (Collecting their W-9s, COIs, Workers’ Comp documentation)

Coordination with CPA on tax prep, filings, audits, and insurance reviews

Management Accounting (Insight & Control)

Monthly close support and internal financial reporting
