Accountant Manager

Gypsy Collective is looking for an Accountant Manager to build and maintain financial dashboards in Tableau. This role is focused on Xero accounting, payments, reconciliations, and month-end close, with gradual handover of full accounting responsibilities:

• Own and maintain accounting in Xero
• Manage AP / AR processes and execute payments (banks, cards, PSPs, crypto)
• Control cash balances across bank accounts
• Perform bank and payment reconciliations
• Handle revenue recognition and affiliate balances (accruals & settlements)
• Lead month-end close and ensure data accuracy
• Review and maintain the existing reporting framework in Xero
• Document and improve accounting processes
• Gradually take over the full accounting cycle
