Job Description

Qualifications

• 1–2 years accounting experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accrual accounting.
• Knowledge of CIP, revenue recognition, and project costing is an advantage.
• Familiar with BIR compliance and Philippine accounting practices.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and record journal entries, including accruals, prepaid amortization, depreciation, and other adjusting entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Project & Construction Accounting

• Maintain Construction in Progress (CIP) schedules per project.
