Accountant I

Position Summary:
Registration, control and provision of general expenses and credit cards in a timely manner, follow-up of invoices with problems, support in audits.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible of accounts payable
- Reconciliation of Accounting Accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Timely recording of expenses.
- Analysis, Registration and Provision of monthly Expenses.
- Weekly payments scheduling.
- Support in Audits
- Work as a team with other areas to solve accounts payable problems.
- Archive Invoices, Payments, Complements
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountant, Business Administration, or related field
- +2 years' experience in accounting & in accounts payable
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interests, manage conflict, develop alternatives, and compromise appropriately.<...
