About the Role

Key responsibilities & duties:

Accounting

  • Monitor Account Receivable, follow up with customer for payment plan.

  • Bank Receipt, clearing outstanding AR.

  • Issuing VAT invoice on daily basis comply with VAS.

  • Reconciliation AR, revenue cross systems (Operation System, Accounting System and Actual Invoice)

  • Handle VAT Output report.

    • General Administration

  • Handle office admin task (office management, stationery, courier, drinking water monitoring…)


    • Academic or trade qualifications/ Work experience and skills:

  • Bachelor or College degree, Major in Finance and Accounting, Business Management or Logistics

  • Fresh candidates or Experience in Shipping/ Forwarding/Logistics is preferred

  • Hard-working, studious, service minded

  • Innovative - trying to see possiblities rather than problems.

  • Works independently and good at team working.

  • Good English ...
