Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support the financial operations of a growing real estate portfolio. This role is well-suited for someone with property management accounting experience who can work independently and manage multiple entities with precision.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting across 4 entities and 6 bank accounts
• Perform 7 monthly reconciliations, including bank accounts and a company credit card
• Maintain accurate financial records within AppFolio property management software
• Support accounting needs for a current portfolio of 117 units with the expectation of growth
• Assist with financial reporting across entities as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in property management or real estate accounting
