Account Transfers Operations Specialist — Remote Night Shift

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an Operations Specialist (Account Transfers) to support day‑to‑day custody and clearing operations with a focus on ACAT and non‑ACAT transfers. You will process transfers, remediate failures, ensure regulatory compliance, and help detect and prevent fraud.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial services, a finance‑related bachelor’s degree, and FINRA SIE with willingness to obtain Series 99 (Series 7 preferred).
