Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Supervisor to oversee client accounts and ensure excellent service delivery. As an Account Supervisor, you will manage client relationships, oversee account teams, and ensure that all projects meet client expectations. You will also be responsible for monitoring account performance, developing strategies to improve client satisfaction, and mentoring junior team members.
