About the Role

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Account Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to management, providing insights that drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Lead group budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning across business units.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee AP/AR, bank reconciliations, vendor payables, petty cash, and intercompany balances.
  • Manage project cost tracking, contractor certifications/payments, and budget control for construction activities.
  • Manage rent collection, lease billing, tenant account reconciliation, and receivables follow-up for leasing operations.
  • Support hospitality finance including revenue tracking, F&B costing, payroll review, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Maintain investment/portfolio records, P&L tracking, and accounting for dividends/returns.
