Account Manager

Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution, ensuring excellent merchandising execution, and implementing pricing and promotional strategies within the assigned territory. The role focuses on increasing product availability, visibility, and market share across Pet shops, Veterinary clinics, modern trade.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Volume Growth

            •          Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.

            •          Drive Sell in and Sell out growth across all assigned accounts.

            •          Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and customer   coverage.

            •          Develop territory business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
