Account Manager – Greater Manchester
The Account Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the client relationship and business. The role requires operational excellence, exceptional customer service, negotiation skills, crisis management experience, and process and project management abilities. Reporting should be timely and accurate.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with individual clients.

Qualifications
Proven work experience within the Print Arena (POS, large format, DM, litho, or digital print).
Strong technical knowledge of print processes.
Experience managing the complete campaign process and exceeding client expectations.
