Role Overview
Manages a portfolio of partners, providing them with complex commercial advice regarding their business performance, market opportunities, and new partnership growth opportunities. The Account Manager directly manages relationships with stakeholders in properties/partners in their portfolio, aiming to optimize partner performance on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for managing the relationship with partners at property or local group level by investing the majority of time in direct interaction, mainly market visits and performance calls.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners in the portfolio and support them on commercial and operational topics.
