Account Manager (Employee Benefits)

Description:

We are seeking a talented Account Manager (Employee Benefits) to manage and develop a portfolio of Healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring clients feel supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations that meet client requirements.

Through strong client relationships and business development you will identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits  proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets.

Based in any of our Southern region offices (Bristol, Birmingham, Chichester, Bournemouth, London, Cardiff or Southampton), this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
