RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial & Resource Management

Own the financial health and performance for a specific account, ensuring each contract meets or exceeds targeted direct cost goals.

Conduct regular budget-to-actual reviews to identify and resolve financial risks, such as under-utilization or over-burn, before they impact account health.

Work alongside Project Directors to manage direct costs and staffing tiers, maintaining targets while delivering high-value outcomes.

Thought & Strategy

Proactively identify and capture on-contract growth opportunities, including supplemental funding, costed extensions, and new task orders.

Lead the strategy and execution of account recompete efforts, retaining core business through competitive cost and technical narratives.
