Account Executive

Provide accounting support for the organization. Roles and responsibilities include:

• Record all daily donations (corporate, individual, crowdfunding, etc.) and other receipts into the accounting system accurately and timely
• Reconcile donation reports from the with bank transactions and donor platforms
• Work with the Donor Engagement Department to resolve discrepancies and improve reconciliation processes
• Assist in preparation of monthly accounts and reports
• Liaise with the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) to ensure compliance with requirements for tax-deductible donations
• Prepare and submit reports or supporting documents required for tax audit or verification purposes
• Ensure intercompany transactions are properly recorded and reconciled
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts covering both the main organisation and the subsidiary
