About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, career-driven Business Development & Account Executive professional to join a world-class global logistics brand. Managing a high-value portfolio of small-to-medium enterprise accounts, you will drive full-cycle B2B sales strategies to protect, convert, and expand market share. This is a fast-paced inside sales ecosystem that acts as the primary leadership pipeline for the organization’s enterprise field sales division.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle B2B sales strategies (outbound prospecting, digital discovery, negotiation, and closing) to secure net-new business within your assigned territory.
  • Maintain, consult, and upsell an active SMB customer base spending $10K–$50K annually, interacting primarily via phone, video, and digital platforms.
  • Achieve commercial milestones including individual monthly pipeline quotas and an annual net-new revenue target of $300,000.
