About the Role We have an established customer base in Malaysia and require a dedicated local resource to manage customer relationships, support renewals, generate referrals and identify growth opportunities. The objective of this role is to protect and grow our existing recurring revenue in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary relationship manager for Link4's customers in Malaysia. Conduct regular customer meetings and check-ins. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Support customer retention, renewals, and overall customer satisfaction. Identify upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts, including training, consulting and professional services. Generate customer referrals and introductions. Escalate customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Maintain regular communication with customers and provide feedback to management.
