About the Role

Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for an Accommodation Supervisor for one of our clients, a hotel group based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards. This role involves supervising accommodation staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or accommodation supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
