ACCA Trainee

Job Description

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Six days)

Shift Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)

Location: Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve deposit variances by coordinating with store teams and regional managers via calls and emails.
• Escalate unresolved financial discrepancies to relevant internal teams.
• Download, analyze, and upload daily and weekly financial reports from company portals.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of store-level financial transactions.
• Assist in account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial tracking.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
