About the Role
JOB SUMMARY: RSM is responsible for Sales & Market Development of our products in the assigned territory. He is also responsible for development, guidance & monitoring of Sales Team under him ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities: · Make Tour Plans for self as per tour laps and submit to Sales Head approval in beginning of the month. · Guide ASM’s for making their tour plans & submitting such approved tour programmes to HO in the beginning of the month for approval. · Achievement of Targets in all the assigned territories. · Setting targets for ASM’s / Distributors / Dealers · Travelling to markets (Distributors and Direct Dealers) in the assigned territory to analyze market scenario, competitors activities & submit feedback to company. · Review Target Vs.
