Academic Consultant – Gwadar

The Retainer / Academic Consultant – Gwadar will provide academic leadership and school support across assigned campuses. The role will focus on strengthening instructional practices, mentoring school leadership, supporting recruitment and performance management processes, and ensuring implementation of academic quality standards. The Consultant will work closely with the Area Manager and school leadership teams to improve school performance and student outcomes. Job Responsibilities Conduct detailed, full-day school visits and submit comprehensive visit reports to the Area Manager. Carry out monthly follow-up visits to monitor progress against agreed action plans.
