Project Manager / Senior Project Executive
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Days: 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range:
- Project Manager: $4,000 – $6,000
Role Overview
Responsible for managing office fit‑out / workplace projects end‑to‑end, from planning and site mobilisation through completion and handover. Accountable for delivery in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Manage the full project lifecycle from commencement to completion and handover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure delivery aligns with approved timelines, budgets, and specifications
