Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK (ExpoMRT). Work at project sites. Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm. Salary up to $11,000 - $13,000. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.

Minimum 15–20 years of relevant construction industry experience, including at least 10 years in project management and senior leadership roles.

Proven track record of successfully delivering at least two construction projects with individual contract values exceeding S$300 million.

The role is accountable for achieving project objectives across Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SEQDC) while ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, regulatory, and company requirements.
