About the Role

            Key Responsibilities  Support the full testing lifecycle for product implementations and system enhancements, including end-to-end quality checks. 
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and enhancements based on business and operational requirements. 
Prepare test data, execute test scenarios, monitor testing progress, and log defects/issues identified during testing. 
Ensure timely completion and proper closure of testing activities within project timelines. 
Escalate defects, gaps, and issues to Supervisors, UAT Test Managers, and IT teams, and support issue tracking and resolution. 
Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to execute agreed test plans and conditions. 
Maintain proper documentation and filing of testing artefacts and related project documents.
