About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols at all times.
- Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients during procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and work area.
- Support clinic or laboratory operations and perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in phlebotomy.
- Valid phlebotomy certification or license.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and care.
- Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
