Role Overview

As we continue to scale our digital commerce and content ecosystem, we’re looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with strong experience working on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)—especially food & beverage brands—to improve customer journeys and drive revenue. The CRO Specialist will be responsible for identifying friction points, building hypotheses, executing tests, and implementing UX/UI improvements across websites, landing pages, and funnels.
