421A Heavy Equipment Mechanic

This role supports the Shop Supervisor, and involves maintaining and repairing equipment in the company’s maintenance and repair shop.

Primary Scope Of Role

• Make field service calls to repair.
• Work on call rotation shifts for winter operations support.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul and maintain passenger vehicles, heavy trucks & trailers on site and within the shop.

Position Requirements

• Experience with GM, Ford pickups & Kenworth trucks will be an asset
• 421A Certification
• Must have own tools
• Automotive experience preferred but not required
• Mobile field service experience is needed
• Willing to work on equipment, trucks and small engines as required
• A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
