to support students with special needs in securing and sustaining meaningful internships and employment. This role requires
commitment and responsiveness

emergency on-site support
when needed. Job Scope Includes:
pre-on-board employer job coach training workplace support system setup Conduct pre Internship/Employment training onsite job coaching visit and supportincluding ad-hoc emergency workplace support Employment training for Graduates Employment Support Training for Employer$400 Per successful placement Onsite Coaching Commitment:
Previous experience as a job coach is a bonus Previous experience coaching/ teaching or engaging students with special needs
