Responsible for ensuring compliance and optimization of the pharmacy 340B program while leading the work of a team and ensuring they meet goals effectively. Will lead training and development of Pharmacy 340B staff, manage timekeeping, and participate in performance reviews. Lead the development/ongoing maintenance of the 340B program as well as ensure regulatory compliance requirements and support business development activities.
