About the Role
**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Team Lead and/or Production Manager, the Packer/Sanitation Lead will be part of our operations team and will operate and maintain the machines that are used to package the Corn Nuts that are produced in the Fresno Plant. The Packer/Sanitation Lead is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the machine to ensure efficient production and quality output.
**Essential Functions**
+ Must be able to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on all packaging machines
+ Must be able to perform all packaging, utility and sanitation tasks as needed
+ Must be able to perform all required scans and tasks in AS400
+ Must be able to troubleshoot and change out box labelers
+ Must be able to operate and coordinate work activities associated with all packaging lines
+ Must be able to interface with all packaging related computer screens to operate equipment
+ Must be able to perform safety and quality prechecks ...
