About the Role

**Position Summary**

The **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** provides direct support and behavioral intervention services to adults participating in the **Adult Living Skills (ALS) Program** . Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), the RBT implements individualized behavioral intervention plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed to promote independence, functional life skills, community integration, communication, and positive behavioral outcomes.

The RBT collaborates with behavioral specialists, caregivers, program staff, and other professionals to support participants in achieving individualized goals related to daily living, vocational skills, social development, and behavioral success.
