About the Role
**Position Summary**
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for conducting student evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering services in accordance with each student’s plan of care. The OT will also document services and collaborate with school staff to support student success.
**Responsibilities**

+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
+ Provide direct therapy services to students
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
+ Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
+ Minimum of 1 year of OT experience preferred
+ Knowledge of professional practice standards
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray if required)
