26-028.P1 - Drilling Safety Manager

The Drilling Safety Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all safety, health, environmental and training matters. The Drilling Safety Manager will promote a safe and productive environment by identifying and anticipating concerns and hazards, developing, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Lead and oversee health and safety activities across all Hilcorp Lower 48 and Alaska drilling operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Routine engagements to understand upcoming work and risks.

Identify and anticipate health and safety concerns by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational risks/conditions/behaviors, and then recommending new equipment, processes, and procedures

Providing advice and coaching on Safety related matters.
