Support the deployment & sustainment of initiatives with data collection, analysis, summary, recommendations monitoring and reporting that will help to drive repeatable problem solving and leadership routines

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop reporting and analysis tools to support Leaders and Teams to sustain continuous improvement in their area including their own management practices and routines.
• Possess good understanding of analytics tools (PowerBI, Alteryx, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) to drive. historical data trends, volume analysis, visual representations of the KPIs.
