About the Position

The Employer Specialist is responsible for establishing long-term relationships with local employers in the health sector to support their recruitment needs and to create work experience opportunities that lead to sustainable employment for Internationally‑Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs). The Employer Specialist works collaboratively with the Case Managers in supporting IEHPs in obtaining successful and sustainable employment.
