1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education are looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with complex additional needs in a specialist school in Sunderland.

The successful candidate will provide consistent support to help the pupil access learning, regulate emotions and develop communication.

Duties Include:

• Providing tailored 1:1 support
• Following EHCP targets
• Supporting communication and emotional regulation
• Recording progress and observations
• Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists
