KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Total Rewards Services & Processes

. Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions across markets.

. Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, incentive calculations, and benefits program updates.

. Assist in annual reward review cycles, including system, data, and process execution.

. Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver standardized yet locally relevant processes.

. Manage and execute Total Rewards activities independently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

. Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

. Partner with regional Rewards and People teams to ensure effective CoE solution delivery.
