Responsibilities

Perform daily scanning, retrieving and archiving of documents for Business Units.

Ensure that scanned documents are legible, accurate, and appropriately categorized.

Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the timely processing and availability of scanned documents.

Safeguard all unsecure letters offer by maintaining secure physical and/or electronic storage.
