Ontario College of Teachers' Certificate of Qualification and qualified to teach in the Intermediate and/or Senior divisions, in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations.

Surplus to school teachers shall have one (1) right of first refusal based on qualifications in order of seniority to any posted vacancy until June 30th. Any vacancy after June 30th is not subject to the right of refusal.
