About the Role
We are seeking a sales professional with a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, or a related field, and 8 years of sales experience in FMCG/HoReCa, preferably in cheese, ice cream, chilled dairy, or beverages sales, including 3 years in a managerial sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficient in sales strategy development, channel expansion, and key account management with a deep understanding of the HoReCa market, customer segmentation, and business trends.
- Skilled in leading high-performing sales teams through coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of target customers, competitor analysis, sales and marketing techniques with a strong understanding of cycle planning, market landscape, and segmentation.
- Must have strong communication and selling skills, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
